This is a legally binding agreement between T Aragon , LLC and myself as a member of the Cell Phone Cash Machine Team. I have read the entire agreement and agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement. This agreement shall be deemed to have been made in the State of California, city of Stockton. If any litigation arises out of this agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to reasonable attorney’s fees and costs. All actions brought hereunder, shall be brought to Stockton, CA courts.
